Sixty-Three (63%) of Michigan’s voters supported the Medical Marijuana Initiative. Two (2) years later, the same percentage STILL support the Medical Marijuana Act. In fact, more than 50% of the population supports the outright legalization of marijuana. Some cities are sending messages to the government that they want no part or very little to do with marijuana interdiction, e.g., Kalamazoo. Others are permitting marijuana businesses. In the face of this overwhelming support of Medical Marijuana, what is our “esteemed” Attorney General Bill Schuette doing?
He is on a propaganda campaign to eviscerate and emasculate the Medical Marijuana Initiative and Act. Neil Rockind, P.C. has obtained a copy of Schuette’s seminar materials:

He is proposing a destruction of the program. In this writer’s opinion, this is the equivalent to slapping the voters in the face.
There are both good and bad sides of using marijuana for medical purposes. Since the debate goes on, there are rising numbers of people in Michigan who registered and licenced are taking advantage of medical marijuana. You can find helpful stats @ http://www.medicalmarihuanaactofmichigan.org/
