As many in the Medical Marijuana community are aware, Neil Rockind, P.C. is a heavy-hitter when it comes to the defense of Medical Marijuana cases. One of the many cases that we are involved in is the Clinical Relief Dispensary case out of Ferndale in Oakland County. We have been fighting the hard fight in the Clinical Relief case for over a year – and boy, what a grueling year it has been.
Fortunately, we are beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Our client, Ryan Richmond, one of the founders of Clinical Relief, had his home broken into and searched by Oakland County NET. Today, in the Oakland County Circuit Court, in front of Judge Dan O’Brien, Attorney Neil Rockind argued a motion to dismiss ALL EVIDENCE found inside Ryan Richmond’s home.
After an exhaustive argument, Judge Dan O’Brien SUPPRESSED ALL EVIDENCE FOUND IN HIS HOME DUE TO A FAULTY SEARCH WARRANT.
Oakland County Assistant Prosecutor Beth Hand was visibly aggravated by the Judge’s ruling.
While other “medical marijuana attorneys” are allowing police, prosecutor’s and judges to push around their clients, NEIL ROCKIND, PC is standing tall. We refuse to be pushed around and we are standing up for the rights of patients and caregivers.
Granted, this is only one victory – but we are making huge leaps with every small victory that we achieve. If you are in need of real Medical Marijuana Lawyers, please call our office at 248-208-3800 or visit us online at www.MedicalMarijuanaLawyers.com
