NRPC’s Latest Medical Marijuana Briefs

Our fight to protect patients and caregivers from the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office rages on.

3 weeks ago, in a post about the Waterford dispensary case, we posted a link to the Brief that the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office filed asking the Court to preclude us from introducing any and all “medical marijuana evidence” at trial (as ridiculous as that sounds).

Yesterday our office, along with 2 other defense attorney offices, filed a number of joint motions and briefs in opposition to the prosecution’s ridiculous proposition. Below are links to the 2 briefs  that NRPC filed. We hope you have as much fun reading them as we had writing them.
