W.M. was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, to-wit: a knife, when a police officer stopped and searched him and found him to be carrying a pocket knife. After W.M.’s first attorney told him that “the case was not looking good,” W.M. contacted Neil Rockind, P.C. to fight for him. Five (5) months later and following several discussions with the prosecutor, the city was finally convinced to DISMISS the charge.
Now W.M., an Olympic Boxing hopeful, can move on with his life and get back to his rigorous training, without the need to worry about such a ridiculous charge hanging over his head. Good luck to you W.M. The attorneys and staff here at Neil Rockind, P.C. wish you the best of luck in your try-outs that begin in April, and hope to see you at the 2012 Olympics!
